Getting started
01What is CourseBox?
CourseBox turns any topic into a structured course. You describe what you want to learn, AI builds an outline and then writes each lesson, quizzes you as you go, and brings the material back with spaced review so it actually sticks.
02How do I create my first course?
Sign in, click New course, type your topic, pick a difficulty and length, and review the outline. Generation starts in the background — your first lesson is usually ready within a couple of minutes.
03Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. Tell us your current level when you create the course and the lessons are written to match — from complete beginner to advanced.
Generating courses
01How long does it take to generate a course?
Your outline appears in about a minute, then lessons are generated one by one in the background. You can usually open the first lesson within a couple of minutes while the rest of the course builds.
02Why did my course fail to generate?
Generation can occasionally fail if the AI provider is briefly unavailable or the topic was too vague. Try again with a slightly more specific topic. If it keeps failing, send us the course topic using the form below and we'll look into it.
03Can I edit the outline before lessons are written?
Yes. After the outline is generated you can rename, reorder, add or remove modules and lessons before committing to full generation.
04Which languages are supported?
The interface is available in English and Russian, and courses can be generated in many languages — just write your topic in the language you want the course in.
Account & billing
01What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan lets you create your first course and explore the core learning experience — lessons, quizzes and flashcards. Some advanced features like the lesson chat and analytics are part of Pro.
02What do I get with Pro?
Pro unlocks unlimited courses, deeper and longer course generation, advanced research, the in-lesson AI chat, learning analytics and priority generation in the queue.
03How do I upgrade, change or cancel my plan?
Open Settings → Billing to upgrade to Pro or manage your subscription. Billing is handled by our payment provider, where you can update your card or cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period.
04How do I change my email or password?
Your sign-in details are managed through your account profile. Open the account menu to update your email, password or connected sign-in methods.
Bugs & technical issues
01I found a bug — what should I do?
Please tell us. Use the form below or email [email protected] with what you were doing, what you expected and what actually happened. A screenshot and your browser help a lot. Every report comes straight to us.
02A lesson, quiz or flashcard looks wrong or didn't load
Try refreshing the page first. If it persists, report it with the course and lesson name using the form below so we can reproduce and fix it.
03Audio (text-to-speech) isn't playing
Make sure your device isn't muted and that your browser allows audio for the site. Audio is available on language-learning courses; if it still won't play, let us know your browser and device.
04A course seems stuck or frozen while generating
Generation runs in the background and can pause briefly under load — give it a few minutes and refresh. If progress hasn't moved after that, send us the course topic and we'll check it.
Privacy & data
01Is my data private?
Yes. We collect only what we need to run the service and never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we store and why.
02Do you train AI models on my content?
No. Your course topics and content are used to build and run your courses, not to train models.
03How do I delete my account and data?
Email [email protected] from your account address and ask us to delete your account. We'll remove your data and confirm once it's done.
